Honestly, I’m stunned with how great the service was. If I ever need help again, there will be no google searches; they are the best. For the work and parts, the pricing is very reasonable. We all make mistakes sometimes and I made a pretty big one with my PC, but at no point was I ever made to feel embarrassed or dumb. Showed up around opening time and was kindly greeted by Dennis. I had a question about why my Macbook Pro 13″ 2017 (non touch bar) was not recognizing the battery, when all I replaced was the screen. He carefully looked at the laptop and demonstrated how to disconnect and reconnect the battery wire to the logic board. After about 30 seconds, the laptop immediately turned on and the battery was recognized again! Despite it being so early, Dennis was still very friendly and patient making the whole process quick and easy. I was very pleased with the service I was provided and will definitely be going back.
